McNaughton's undertook the landscaping for this property by initially stripping out the garden, re-levelling the slope to achieve level crossways with a flat gradient down the garden.
Secondly, laying the Raj Blend Indian sandstone paving, planting a mixed tapestry hedge along with native species of deciduous trees down the right hand boundary (species agreed with the tree protection officer), planting border down left hand boundary and installing trellis screening either side of the patio.
A recessed trampoline was installed near the bottom of the garden with a safety net a a riven sandstone border to enhance the practicality.
Lastly was the tar and chip drive with oak sleepers retaining the earth on the top and side of the drive, with the front edging created with grey riven sandstone cobbles.
Various areas of the garden were renovated during the process for example the patio and walling was jet washed and repaired, fencing, the rear iron gate and fence was overhauled and re installed through a new oak sleeper retaining wall. The McNaughtons team also oversaw a electric car charging port installed to the new wall to future proof the new driveway. A full garden irrigation system was installed with a smart controller fully compatible with IOS and Android allowing the clients to irrigate their garden from anywhere.
The project was successfully transformed and the build was greatly enjoyed by the team.
The garden was designed by Garden Designer Jennette Emery-Wallis of Tunbridge Wells.
Hamilton and his team did a superb job on our garden project. Their attention to detail, commitment to the project and the over all finish exceeded all our expectations. Hamilton managed the project with high professional standards and his team were a pleasure to have on site. We would recommend them as the best landscapers around!
